Dialysis Sales Representative

Department: Sales
Reports to: General Manager & President

1. Qualifications
• College graduate of any Business course
• Sales experience in healthcare, especially in dialysis-related products
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

2. Job Summary
• Sell and promote hemodialysis machines, consumables, or related medical equipment
• Proven sales track record and strong customer relationship skills
• Dialysis equipment experience preferred but not required

3. Key Responsibilities
• Prepare weekly itineraries and daily post-call reports
• Attend daily sales team meetings
• Develop and implement a territory business plan
• Manage sales activities and grow market share in the dialysis sector
• Identify key customers and build long-term relationships
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends
• Identify business opportunities and recommend solutions
• Maintain client relationships with support and guidance
• Propose sales and marketing strategies to management
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
