Job Summary:
The Master Coffee Trainer leads coffee education initiatives, delivering hands-on training from bean to cup. This role involves curriculum development, industry engagement, and mentoring aspiring coffee professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct and lead training sessions in brewing, roasting, cupping, and sensory analysis
• Assist in workshops, training setup, and material preparation
• Develop and improve training content and modules
• Pursue personal growth and stay current with coffee industry trends
• Represent the academy in events, competitions, and forums

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in coffee education or barista training
• Strong knowledge of brewing, roasting, and sensory analysis
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Background in curriculum development is a plus
• Preferred certifications: SCA, CQI, or equivalent
