Reports to: General Manager & President
1. Qualifications
• BS Accountancy graduate; Licensed CPA
• Proficient in accountancy and management reporting
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Organized, disciplined, and willing to work extended hours
2. Job Summary
• Ensure timely and complete preparation of accounting tasks
• Reports directly to GM and President
• May perform other tasks as assigned
3. Key Responsibilities
• Forecast customer sales and inventory reorders monthly
• Process and issue Sales Orders and Invoices; prepare monthly sales reports
• Ensure complete machine sales documentation
• Prepare and file BIR reports with supporting documents
• Monitor collections, follow up on receivables, and update aging reports
• Act as Sales & Inventory System administrator
• Process payroll including DTR, deductions, 13th-month pay, and online banking
• Manage unreleased checks and payment schedules
• Prepare timely accounting and financial reports
• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors
