Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
• At least 5 years of accounting experience with supervisory responsibilities
• Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Strong understanding of accounting standards and BIR regulations
• Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical
• CPA license is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliations
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closings, and preparation of financial statements
• Manage and optimize accounting systems, primarily using QuickBooks
• Lead and support internal and external audit processes
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Train, mentor, and oversee junior accounting staff
• Ensure full compliance with BIR and other government regulatory requirements
