Food Technologist – R&D (BAKING/PASTRY )

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s in Food Science/Technology or related field
• Licensed Food Technologist (preferred)
• At least 3 years of R&D experience in the food industry
• Expertise in product development, formulation, and sensory testing
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and quality control
• Innovative, detail-oriented, and collaborative
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop new formulations and flavors aligned with market trends
• Conduct sensory evaluations and consumer testing
• Ensure product quality, consistency, and regulatory compliance
• Maintain proper documentation, labeling, and specifications
• Collaborate with production, marketing, and suppliers
• Explore new ingredients, technologies, and sustainable practices
• Support training and attend industry events for continuous learning
