General Accounting

Department: Finance & Accounting
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience in general accounting
• Proficient in QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar ERP systems
• Solid knowledge of tax laws, financial reporting, and accounting principles
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
• Effective communicator with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Can work independently and manage time efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle accounts receivable/payable and reconcile ledgers
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and reconciliations
• Support payroll processing and ensure timely payments
• Resolve billing issues and manage vendor/customer accounts
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Improve accounting processes for efficiency
• Ensure compliance and assist with audits
