Job Summary:
A Pharmacist is responsible for the safe and effective distribution of medications to patients. This role involves collaborating with physicians to ensure accurate prescriptions, advising patients on proper medication usage, and managing inventory to maintain seamless pharmacy operations. Pharmacists also provide guidance on over-the-counter (OTC) treatments and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately receive and fill prescriptions based on physician instructions
• Communicate with doctors and healthcare professionals to confirm prescriptions and coordinate patient care
• Listen to patients’ concerns and provide knowledgeable advice on OTC medications and possible side effects
• Measure, prepare, and dispense the correct medications to patients in a timely manner
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as necessary to ensure medication availability

Qualifications:
• Licensed Pharmacist with a valid PRC license
• Strong knowledge of drug interactions, side effects, and pharmaceutical care principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Experience with pharmacy management systems is a plus
